Hosting and support for up to 100 users.
£20 pcm (invoiced at £60 per quarter)
Hosting and support for up to 500 users.
£30 pcm (invoiced at £90 per quarter)
Hosting and support up to 1000 users.
£50 pcm (invoiced at £150 per quarter)
Hosting and support for up to 2000 users.
£70 pcm (invoiced at £210 per quarter)
Hosting and support for more than 2000 users.
This band varies on an individual basis and adapted to client requirements. Please contact us for estimates.
Note: We can also arrange for temporary upgrades for special events when a high number of concurrent users will be online - rates on request.
Note: all bands account for a reasonable average use for the amount of users, normally set at 10% of total user numbers accessing the site at once. Extra charges may apply for excessive of bandwidth or a high number of concurrent traffic. For these situations you should consider be upgrading for the benefit of yourself and your users - if this situation occurs with your site we will contact you to discuss options.
Setup Costs

Set up - We install and configure your eLearning Environment for you for a single payment of £150.

Domain - We register and assign a Domain Name to your eLearning Environment for £50.

Personalised Branding - We add your own logo to brand your eLearning Environment for £50.

Complete Branded Theme - We make your eLearning Environment bespoke - match your website and your print media. Please contact us for a quotation, designs start from £250.

Set up Training - We can provide personal one to one training to get you confident using your moodle site - your introductory training will take 2 hours at times to suit you - the fee is £150.

Development Training - We can deliver ongoing development training to help you get the most from your eLearning project. This is charged at £75 per hour.
